2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Tail Lights Not Working

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500.

I replaced the flash relay in the cab fuse box and all this started. My headlight switch is good and all the fuses are good. I have changed the bulbs the fuse and changed out the circuit board but it. The brake lights work but not the tail light.

How do you get the fuse box out with out removing the whole dash. I have a 2001 dodge ram 2500. Idk but with out the flasher fuse the brake lights will not work. 2001 dodge ram 2500 5 9l cummins diesel.

I lost my dash tail and park lights. Suggest testing all the fuses you can find with a test light by touching each side of the fuse on every fuse. The brake lights dont work when brake pedal is applied also the turn signals dont work.
