2001 Dodge Ram Tail Lights Not Working

Morning i have a 2013 1500 my trailer lights running lights do not work turn and brake lights work same issue when i unplug trailer lights and plug in light bar under the tailgate i rteplaced the plug on the bumper with the factory issued one and still having the same problem could it be a fuse problem or a short in the wiring someweres.
