Garage door eye sensor is yellow.
Try moving the bracket.

A common cause of a malfunctioning garage door sensor is lack of power supply.

You can loosen the bolts that secure the bracket to the door frame and try moving it around slightly.
Your photo eye sensors are attached to a pivot bracket which may have been moved and so has broken the beam.
The garage door sensor yellow light and the green light together create a solid illumination.
If you do not see a solid illumination or your garage door is not working the problem is most likely due to the sensors being out of line.
When it is lit it is sending the beam across the garage door opening.
The symptom you are describing is usually related to a failure in your safety sensors photo eyes when the photo eyes or associated wiring are malfunctioning the door will often open as normal with the remotes and wall buttons however will not close with the remotes or keypad and will only close by keeping constant pressure on the wall button.
If it is off none of the photo eyes will be lit because there is no signal being sent.
If you find the lights turned off in one or both the sensors it indicates that there is a problem in power supply.
That s normal the eye s are not the issue.

If they re turned on in both the sensors then there is no issue with the power supply.
